Proprietary Contracts in which we originate loans to serve a specific borrower. We do not purchase discount notes. Clients have verifiable and stable income. Typical borrower carries higher than normal debt which can be eliminated with additional capital. No bankruptcies, liens, or collections.
Loans to homeowners are short-term contracts which include higher annual yields for the lender/investor along with monthly interest payments paid to owners of the notes.
Borrowers pledge property with equity and no encumbrances as collateral for each loan.
