There are Social Programs which address the needs of low-income Americans. There are Tax Cuts, Incentives, and Loopholes which benefit the wealthy. There are programs and subsidies for those at the top of the pyramid and those on the bottom.
What about those in the middle? The Forgotten Middle Class. People who are the actual life blood of this country.
